Alright... got to settle down with a theme which I shall personal twist it in my own way like a 3-months plan like how in the past which Stalin implemented 3 and 5 years plan to boost the Russia into a powerful nation comparable to America.
Furthermore, I have been building up a new habit which is reading the Bible daily. What Pastor John had said on the past few weeks sermons, our Father speak through you when you mediating the word. From this brand new habit, I've gained many new insight of life works and simple tips how to enhance my life!
Also, I have been working out for a month and half. The outcome of working out and eating chicken breast together with lettuces/kimchi shows a obvious outcome that I have slim down a lot and the body is forming very sexy form of muscles! Last of all, today workout I have realised there a huge unequal strength whenever I am doing exercises like pull ups and push ups. Okay! Reminder to myself: From now and the next 30days, focusing on working out in the right forms and focus focus focus using same strength on both arms AND use all the muscle which includes the core, chest and backs. Remember! One for all, all for one. Simple? Hahahaa
